Public press releases: Environmental Protection Agency publishes 136 in June

There were 136 press releases published by the Environmental Protection Agency in June.

The most recent press release, "EPA Announces Path Forward for TSCA Chemical Risk Evaluations," was submitted on June 30.

The Environmental Protection Agency published 149 the month before, marking an 8.7 percent decrease for the current month.

More than half of the Agency's employees are engineers, scientists and protection specialists. The Climate Reality Project, a global climate activist organization, accused Agency leadership in the last five years of undermining its main mission.

The EPA's budget increased by 18 percent in fiscal year 2022.
