71 press releases published in July by Environmental Protection Agency

There were 71 press releases published by the Environmental Protection Agency in July.

The most recent press release, "EPA and Army Announce Next Steps for Crafting Enduring Definition of Waters of the United States," was submitted on July 30.

The Environmental Protection Agency published 136 the month before, marking a 47.8 percent decrease for the current month.

More than half of the Agency's employees are engineers, scientists and protection specialists. The Climate Reality Project, a global climate activist organization, accused Agency leadership in the last five years of undermining its main mission.

The EPA's budget increased by 18 percent in fiscal year 2022.
