Under clause 3 of rule XII, memorials were presented and referred as follows:
172. The SPEAKER presented a memorial of the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, relative to House Resolution No. 403, condemning the National Football League's recent actions restricting the availbility of televised games; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
173. Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, relative to House Resolution No. 365, urging the Congress of the United States to refrain from taking action in developing legislation that would have the effect of preventing or hindering the exploration, drilling, development and production of natural gas in the Great Lakes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.

Also, a memorial of the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, relative to House Resolution No. 346, memorializing the Congress of the United States to pass the Violence Against Women Act reauthorization legislation and to reaffirm our commitment to helping victims of violent crimes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
