March 24, 2017 sees Congressional Record publish “REPORTS OF COMMITTEES ON PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS”

Volume 163, No. 52 covering the 1st Session of the 115th Congress (2017 - 2018) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

“REPORTS OF COMMITTEES ON PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS” mentioning the Environmental Protection Agency was published in the House of Representatives section on pages H2444 on March 24, 2017.

More than half of the Agency's employees are engineers, scientists and protection specialists. The Climate Reality Project, a global climate activist organization, accused Agency leadership in the last five years of undermining its main mission.

Mr. SMITH of Texas: Committee on Science, Space, and Technology. H.R. 1430. A bill to prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency from proposing, finalizing, or disseminating regulations or assessments based upon science that is not transparent or reproducible (Rept. 115-59). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
