time agreement was reached providing that when the Senate considers the conference report to accompany S. Con. Res. 70, setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 2009 and including the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2008 and 2010 through 2013, all statutory time be yielded back except for 15 minutes to be equally divided and controlled between the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Committee on the Budget; that upon the use of that time the vote on adoption of the conference report occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader following consultation with the Republican Leader.
