consent agreement was reached providing that at approximately 3 p.m., on Monday, June 14, 2010, Senate resume consideration of the amendment of the House of Representatives to the amendment of the Senate to H.R. 4213, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend certain expiring provisions.
