March 4, 2014: Congressional Record publishes “REPORTS OF COMMITTEES ON PUBLIC BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS”

Volume 160, No. 36 covering the 2nd Session of the 113th Congress (2013 - 2014) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

Mr. BURGESS: Committee on Rules. House Resolution 497. Resolution providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 3826) to provide direction to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency regarding the establishment of standards for emissions of any greenhouse gas from fossil fuel-fired electric utility generating units, and for other purposes, and providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 4118) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to delay the implementation of the penalty for failure to comply with the indiviAal health insurance mandate (Rept. 113-373). Referred to the House Calendar.
