On Tuesday, at approximately 10:45 a.m., Senate will begin consideration of the nomination of Gray Hampton Miller, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas, with a vote on confirmation of the nomination to occur at approximately 11 a.m.; following which, Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 4939, Emergency Supplemental Appropriations, for debate only until after the 2:15 p.m. recess.
