Sept. 12, 2005 sees Congressional Record publish “Senate”

Volume 151, No. 113 covering the 1st Session of the 109th Congress (2005 - 2006) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

Res. 20, disapproving a rule promulgated by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to delist coal and oil-direct utility units from the source category list under the Clean Air Act, and by a unanimous vote of 92 yeas (Vote No. 224), Senate agreed to the motion to proceed.
