June 19, 2003 sees Congressional Record publish “EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS, ETC.”

Volume 149, No. 91 covering the 1st Session of the 108th Congress (2003 - 2004) was published by the Congressional Record.

2750. A letter from the Ambassador, Republic of Poland, transmitting a letter requesting a change in U.S.-Poland immigration policies; to the Committee on the Judiciary.
