EC 1751. A communication from the chief counsel of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of the Treasury, transmitting, pursuant to law, a rule relative to Yugoslav vessels received on April 17, 1997; to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
