May 25, 2010: Congressional Record publishes “PETITIONS, ETC.”

Volume 156, No. 80 covering the 2nd Session of the 111th Congress (2009 - 2010) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

Under clause 3 of rule XII, petitions and papers were laid on the clerk's desk and referred as follows:

138. The SPEAKER presented a petition of Board of Supervisors, San Francisco, California, relative to Resolution No. 102-10 urging the Environmental Protection Agency to perform the appropriate research and experimentation to determine the effects of non-ionizing radiation on the health of adults and childern; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
