June 18, 2008 sees Congressional Record publish “MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE”

Volume 154, No. 101 covering the 2nd Session of the 110th Congress (2007 - 2008) was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

“MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE” mentioning the Environmental Protection Agency was published in the House of Representatives section on pages H5485 on June 18, 2008.

MESSAGE FROM THE SENATE

A message from the Senate by Ms. Curtis, one of its clerks, announced that the Senate concurs in the amendment of the House to the bill (S. 2146) ``An Act to authorize the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to accept, as part of a settlement, diesel emission reduction Supplemental Environmental Projects, and for other purposes.''
