“MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT” published by the Congressional Record on Jan. 15, 2016

Volume 162, No. 9 covering the 2nd Session of the 114th Congress (2015 - 2016) was published by the Congressional Record.

MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE RECEIVED DURING ADJOURNMENT

Under the order of the Senate of January 6, 2015, the Secretary of the Senate, on January 14, 2016, during the adjournment of the Senate, received a message from the House of Representatives announcing that the House has passed the following joint resolution, without amendment:

S.J. Res. 22. Joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the definition of

``waters of the United States'' under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.

The message further announced that the House has agreed to the following concurrent resolution, in which it requests the concurrence of the Senate:

H. Con. Res. 107. Concurrent resolution providing for a conditional adjournment of the House of Representatives.
