A bill to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2001 for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction, to prescribe military personnel strengths for fiscal year 2001, and for other purposes (Rept. 106-945). Mr. BLILEY: Committee on Commerce. H.R. 2592. A bill to amend the Consumer Product Safety Act to provide that low-speed electric bicycles are consumer products subject to such Act: with an amendment (Rept. 106-946). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union.
