Missouri Department of Natural Resources issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.
Join the staff at Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park from 9 to 11 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 17, for a hike through the forest on the Woodbine Trail in celebration of National Take a Hike Day. This 1.8-mile trail provides views of dry woodlands and beautiful fall colors.
Participants should meet at the Guy Park Trailhead. To reach the trailhead, follow Guy Park Drive going left at the fork. The trailhead is located at the third right turn.
