AgSpring requests air quality permit modification for Idaho facility.
AgSpring Idaho LLC has requested a modification on the air quality permit to construct (PTC) for its Blackfoot grain storage and conditioning facility, according to an announcement issued today by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).

AgSpring’s request, if granted, would allow the company to increase grain throughput, though emissions would still be required to remain within established legal limits.

The request will be subject to a public comment period if one is requested, via written notice, to the DEQ by Sept. 16, 2015. The public comment period would last for 30 days and can be requested through mail or email.

AgSpring’s permit applications can be viewed and downloaded at the DEQ’s website.
