Dow AgroSciences slams ruling against EPA's approval of sulfoxafor

Dow AgroSciences, a biotechnology subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company, issued a statement late last week in response to a recent decision from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled that the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) registration of products containing sulfoxafor should be vacated.
