International Petroleum Corp. fined $1.3 million for Clean Water Act violations in Delaware

International Petroleum Corp. of Delaware (IPC) was ordered to pay a $1.3 million fine and $2.2 million in restitution to the city of Wilmington for conspiracy to violate the Clean Water Act,  the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said in a news release.
